Reliant CCTVs are manufactured exclusively for Vision Aid Services by MagniSight Inc. and are therefore covered under the following MagniSight Warranty Statement.

Product Warranty:

All products are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship or materials for THREE years from the date of delivery. During this time, MagniSight Inc. will repair or replace with a comparable product (at our option), any defective part, excluding light bulbs, without charge. All parts used for replacement are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

In the event warranty service is required:

1) For the first thirty (30) days from the original purchase, MagniSight Inc. Will assume the cost for shipment to and from the Authorized MagniSight Inc. Service Center. After this thirty (30) day period, the Customer will assume the cost of shipping the equipment to the Service Center, and MagniSight Inc. will assume the cost of the return shipment.

2) The equipment must be returned in the original shipping container(s). If lost or damaged, the customer should contact Magnisight Customer Service for replacement packaging. Damage resulting from improper packing will not be covered under this warranty. Products have been inspected and tested prior to shipment. Any concerns about the fitness of the product must directed to Vision Aid Services 800.473.3195 or MagniSight Inc. 800.753.4767 within 30 days after receipt or warranties as to fitness for purpose will be deemed waived. There are no other express or implied warranties accompanying the product.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by: alteration and/or modification, repair or service to the equipment by someone other than an Authorized MagniSight Service Center: operation in a manner contrary to the instructions provided with the product: any damage caused by acts of God such as fire, flood, earthquake or lightning; fluctuation of electrical power; physical abuse or misuse of the product. Vision Aid Services or MagniSight Inc. will not be responsible for any failure of the product to perform safely as intended where the product is misused or abused. To the date of this shipment there are no foreseeable means of misuse or abuse since the product has specific intended application. Should any sell or user of the product become aware of any misuse or abuse and not immediately notify Vision Aid Services or Magnisight Inc. of same, all warranties shall be immediately void.

Any on using the products does so knowingly assuming certain risks, due to the need to utilize strong sight enhancement lighting and magnification.

Disputes:

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by Colorado Law and the prevailing party shall be entitled to all cost and attorney's fees as additional damages.
